About the Role
Food preparation and dishing presentation
Determine production schedule requirements needed to ensure timely service to customers
Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff activities in food preparation
Be able to work w th periods of high volume service
Kitchen maintenance, cleaning and keeping an orderly environment in the kitchen
Monitor and control stock levels, planing and ordering food stocks and other kitchen supplies
Menu planning/costing, and daily specials
Compliance with OH&S and food safety requirements
Organise and manage kitchen staff rosters
Casual : up to 35 per week
Day shift
Weekend availability
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as cook
Have a passion for producing great food & attention to detail
Team player and excellent communicator
Full working rights in Australia
MUST be available to work some weekends
