About the Role
Assist chefs in food preparation, washing, peeling, chopping & portioning
Assembling basic dishes
Stock & delivery handling
Service support - assist with plating & set up during peak service hours
Clean food preparation benches, sanitise work areas
Operate commercial dishwasher, wash pots, pans, dishes and return clean items to service stations
Casual 8-16 hours per week (Mon - Thur 2-4hrs per day, would suit at home parent or student)
Requirements
Have a passion for the food / hospitality industry
Food preparation support
Dishwashing & cleaning
Compliance with hygiene standards
Certificate in Hospitality well regarded
